How to Prepare
The following checklist and suggestions on how to prepare are for both in-person and by Phone/Skype/Facetime. This checklist and tips will help you feel organized, calm and present for the wonderful work you’ll be doing.
Checklist and Suggestions
You’ll have scheduled an appointment.
You'll have sent Cynthia by email a simple paragraph or two about who you are, what has brought you here, what is on your mind in your heart, and what you would like to accomplish by working with Cynthia. It does not need to be complicated. Don’t even worry if you feel stuck. Simple and short is fine. The information you provide simply allows Cynthia to begin her work. This information sparks her gifts. This is where the magic begins. The work has begun. We'll be off and running.
Don’t be in a rush, especially after sessions. Scheduling something hectic or frenetic afterwards is not ideal. Give your self some time to let it all sink in. If possibly, have some quiet time just before and after sessions.
If by phone, try to find a quiet and peaceful location in which to work. Create a sacred space for yourself - a space that feels good.
Dress very comfortably.
Make sure you have eaten something and are not hungry. Have a snack ready if needed. A gurgling stomach or low blood sugar can take us away from the present moment.
Have some water or tea available to drink during sessions.
When you start working with Cynthia, have a fresh and new journal, spiral or notebook. I highly recommend this. The journey ahead will feel like a fresh and new start. It will feel like a new beginning.
Have your journal/notebook, pen/pencil ready and handy during sessions. Often times things will come up for you to write down. Almost everyone gets homework in between sessions and you will want to write it down.
In-between sessions, always know where your Souls Blueprint journal is. Carry it with you if you need. You will want to write down new ideas, daily progress, coincidences, questions, etc. Magic is always happening, especially on your reignited path of purpose.
